By accessing or using Ripple, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Last updated: 2 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using Ripple, or attending any event discovered through or organized via Ripple, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Access to Terms: These Terms are publicly available and accessible at all times through the Ripple app and website. You confirm that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms before using the Service or attending any event.
Agreement by Attendance: Your attendance at any event, whether organized by Ripple or by other users through the platform, constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms, including all liability waivers, releases, and indemnification provisions contained herein.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements (18+)
Ripple is an 18+ service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or otherwise access or use Ripple. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use Ripple. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Ripple. Accounts we identify as belonging to a person under 18 may be restricted, deactivated, or removed.
You must provide your true age. You agree to enter your date of birth and age accurately and truthfully, and not to misrepresent your age or provide false information to circumvent our age requirements. Providing a false age, or helping anyone under 18 access the Service, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
How we confirm your age. We confirm your age using the date of birth you provide when you create your account, and we may take further reasonable steps to confirm your age where we consider it necessary or where the law requires. How we handle the information involved is described in our Privacy Policy.
Appeals. If your account is flagged, restricted, or deactivated because we believe you may be under 18, and you are in fact 18 or older, you may appeal. To request a review, contact us at ripplesocialapphelp@gmail.com. Where an appeal is upheld, we will restore your account and associated data. Before any permanent deletion of a flagged account, we will provide notice, an opportunity to appeal, and the ability to export your data.
3. Platform Role and Responsibilities
Ripple is a platform provider only. We provide a platform that enables users to discover, create, and host events. We are not the organizer, host, or operator of events listed on our platform, except where explicitly stated by us.
Even for events we organize, we act solely as facilitators. We do not control, supervise, or manage the conduct of event hosts or attendees. While we make reasonable efforts to promote safe and positive experiences, we provide no guarantees regarding event quality, safety, suitability, or outcomes.
You acknowledge that event hosts are independent third parties responsible for their own events, and Ripple has no obligation to screen, vet, or monitor hosts, attendees, or event content.
4. Event Liability and Assumption of Risk

- Any other incident, accident, or occurrence at or related to events
No Liability for User Conduct: We are not responsible for and expressly disclaim all liability related to the behavior, actions, or conduct of any user, whether at events or on the platform. Users are solely responsible for their own actions and interactions.
No Duty to Monitor: We have no obligation to monitor, supervise, or intervene in events or user interactions. Any safety measures, guidelines, or recommendations we provide are voluntary and do not create any duty of care or liability on our part.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your attendance at or hosting of any event; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity; or (e) any injury, damage, or harm caused by you to any third party.
